EAE did not change aversive memory acquisition in fear conditioning to context. Mice were trained at 7 dpi in a particular context. Next day (8 dpi), mice were placed in the same context, and their freezing responses were measured for the 5 minutes. Differences in freezing were found among control and DEX groups at the 8 dpi. The results are expressed as the mean ± SEM of the mean of the experimental groups. *p < 0.05 vs control. Two-way ANOVA test followed by the post-test Bonferroni, n = 5 and 7 for each group.
