Percentage of non-susceptible (resistant or intermediate) results for isolates (n = 4764), stool samples (n = 799), and children (n = 125). With stool samples, the result is counted as non-susceptible to an antibiotic unless all isolates from the stool sample was determined to be susceptible. With children, the result is counted as non-susceptible to an antibiotic unless all isolates of all stool samples from the child were determined to be susceptible.
