The sequences were from NCBI and CGD database and the consensus logos were generated by WebLogo (http://weblogo.threeplusone.com/create.cgi); (B) Location of SRS1(yellow) and SRS4 (blue) in C. albicans CYP51 (5v5z). HEME is shown in red. They are obtained from the published crystal data file from the PDB database, and then displayed by PyMOL Version 1.5.0.3.
