Participants Inclusion criteria
  • People with POSA

  • Aged 18‐80 years

  • Recently diagnosed within 1 year of enrolment

  • Not currently receiving treatment

  • Male or female


Positional Sleep Apnea is defined by supine RDI/non‐supine RDI ≥ 2 with overall RDI ≥ 5
 Exclusion criteria:
  • Receiving treatment for OSA including CPAP, upper airway surgery, or oral appliance

  • Pregnant

  • Morbid obesity (BMI > 35)

  • Not able to read or write in Thai

  • Age: 18‐80 yrs

Interventions Position therapy belt
Outcomes Primary: RDI
Secondary: AHI, supine time, sleep apnoea related symptoms
