(A) Immunohistochemistry staining of Aβ1‐42 in the cortex and hippocampus of NTg, Tg, and icariin‐treated Tg mice, respectively. Aβ plaque deposition was significantly decreased in the cortex (CT) and the CA1, CA3 areas of hippocampus of icariin‐treated Tg mice compared with Tg controls.
