Citrullinated peptides provide efficient therapy of lung tumours. HLA-DP4 (a) or HLA-DR4 (b) transgenic mice were challenged with LLC/2 cells constitutively expressing HLA-DP4 or HLA-DR4. Four days later mice were immunised with citrullinated Vim28-49, Vim415-433 and Eno241-260 peptides and tumour growth monitored.
