(a) HFMG cells were treated with ssRNA40 (5μg/mL), ssRNA41 (5μg/mL) or vehicle (LyoVec) control for 24h and 48h and analyzed for expression of IL-18, IL-1β, C1q, IL-1α, TNF-α and β-Actin by immunoblotting at 48h. (b) Culture supernatants from HFMG cells treated with ssRNA40, ssRNA41 or vehicle for 48h were analyzed for IL-1β, IL-1α and TNF-α release by ELISA. Representative data from two independent donors repeated in triplicate. Results are presented as mean ± SD, n=3; *P<0.05.
