Diammonium glycyrrhizinate (DG) reduces the inflammatory factors in Aβ1–42‐induced AD mice. The mRNA levels of TNF‐α (A), COX‐2 (B), iNOS (C), IL‐1b (D), and IL‐10 (E) were determined by real‐time PCR. (F)The protein levels of COX‐2 and iNOS were determined by Western blotting.
