Inhibition of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF‐α), IL‐1β, and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) mRNA expression in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐induced microglial cells. (A, B, and C) Real‐time PCR was used to analyze the TNF‐α, IL‐1β, and iNOS mRNA expression in cells. The cells were incubated with LPS (100 ng/mL) up‐regulated the related cytokines expression. Also, the resolvin D1 (RvD1) group showed that the pretreatment of RvD1 for 20 min significantly prevent its expression in the presence of 10 and 100 nM RvD1. (D) Western blotting analysis given the fact that LPS also induced expression of iNOS protein and inhibited by different concentrations of RvD1. **< 0.01 compared with control cells; ## < 0.01 and # < 0.05 compared with LPS in the absence of RvD1.
