MiR‐21 modulates human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) in a STAT3‐dependent manner. (A) Cells transfected with As‐miR‐21 were treated with IL‐6 which could elevate the expression of STAT3, and hTERT expression was measured by Western blot analysis.
