Each diversity measure was modeled with neighborhood age, housing density, home price, and median household income as predictor variables for both years. Overall model p-values, degrees of freedom, F-statistics, and R2 values are reported, as well as individual p-values for each of the predictors. All significant variables were negatively correlated with all diversity metrics. Variance inflation factors were less than 1.5 for all predictors across both years. Significant relationships are denoted in bold with an asterisk.
