Physical examination: tachycardia and mildly increased blood pressure, respiration and heart rate had been determined
Psychiatric examination: his mood was depressed, and tendency to sleep
Laboratory tests, blood glucose level, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, potassium (K), sodium (Na) and chloride (CL) were revealed normal
The electrocardiography (ECG) parameters such as QRS duration, QT interval, R wave and PR interval were normal; however, the heart rate was elevated
