Entries in parentheses indicate that multiple enzymes catalyze the reaction step, and in this case the number of sequences and the maximum solubility is reported per enzyme for that reaction step. A “−” indicates that no sequence was identified in both ProSol DB and non-reviewed sequences in UniProtKB.
