CPT and oncolytic MV are cytotoxic against human MCF-7 breast cancer cells. MCF-7 cells were treated with (A) CPT (1−1000 nM) or (B) MV (MOI 0.01, 0.1, 1, 3, and 10) for 3 or 5 days. Cell viability was analyzed by MTT assay. DMSO = 0.1%. All data shown are means ± SEM (*P < 0.05 compared to Mock treatment) from three independent experiments.
