Stimulation trains consisting of 10 pulses at 10, 40, and 100 Hz were applied at P4, P6–P7, and P9–P11 IHCs. S, P_success, and A were computed for each pulse. The first pulse values (X₁) and the maximum (in case of facilitation) or minimum value (in case of depression) (X_max(min)) for S, P_success, and A are shown for each dataset. The p-values correspond to one-way ANOVA/Friedman test results when no significant differences were found; otherwise, they correspond to the multiple-comparisons post hoc test result for X_max(min) shown. S and A values are in pA. At all ages, the reported number of cells was obtained from 7–13 mice.
