Inhibition of NF‐ĸB, p38 MAP, JNK and MEK activation on EphB2/ephrin‐B1 mRNA expression. JNK inhibitor (SP600125) shown to inhibit EphB2 mRNA expression but not ephrin‐B1 expression (P < 0.05). However, NF‐ĸB inhibitor (oxaprozin), p38 MAPK inhibitor (SB 203580) and MEK inhibitor (PD98059) did not affect EphB2/ephrin‐B1 mRNA expression.
