(B) Heat map representing SNP counts among the core genomes of ACT-28-producing isolates: 8 strains were addressed to the F-NRC and 8 genomes were downloaded from the NCBI database (1323, e1425, MGH25, MGH37, ICBEaBL-111-03-02, CRE54, CRE71, and GN02825). Analysis was performed using CSI Phylogeny (27).
