^aFluconazole susceptibility assays were performed using a modified version of the CLSI broth microdilution method for the indicated strains in the presence and absence of the two indicated compounds at a final concentration of 5 μM. After 24 h of incubation, growth was quantified as OD₆₀₀, and fluconazole MICs determined as the lowest concentration resulting in a 50% decrease in growth. The fluconazole MIC occurring with each drug treatment was then expressed relative to the fluconazole-alone control (DMSO).
