Effects of Runx2 overexpression on osteoblast/cementoblast‐related gene expressions. Total RNA was isolated from DFCs, NIH3T3 and the cells infected with pLEGFP‐N1, pLEGFP‐IRESRunx2 and pLEGFP‐IRES‐Runx2(M). Real‐time RT‐PCR was performed to investigate the effects of Runx2 overexpression on osteoblast/cementoblast‐related gene expressions, including Col I, OPN, BSP, OC, CAP and CP23.
