Acrolein ( Acr ) affected GC ‐1 cell viability. Cells were treated with 0, 0.5, 10 and 100 μm concentrations of Acr for 48 h. Viabilities were determined using MTT assay (a), haemacytometer counting and flow cytometry (b).
