activity after treatment with different concentrations of ZnO nanoparticles. Cells were treated with 0, 31.25, 62.5, 125.0 μmol/l of ZnO nanoparticles for 6 h, then every sample was collected with 0.25% trypsin, washed with PBS twice and sonicated on the ice for 15 min, centrifuged at 5000 g at 4 °C for 10 min, and then the supernatant was used to determine MnSOD activity. Data were presented as mean ± SD of n = 3, and *P < 0.05 versus control sample.
