s on phospho‐(Ser) kinase substrates of fibroblasts. Fibroblasts were treated with MSC CM, vector‐MSC CM or EGF‐MSC CM for 24 h. Exposure to EGF‐MSC CM‐treated fibroblasts resulted in increased expression of phospho‐(Ser) kinase substrates. (c) Expression of phospho‐(Ser) Arg‐X‐Tyr/Phe‐X‐pSer motif, cell survival and proliferation regulation‐related proteins increased in EGF‐MSC CM‐treated fibroblasts. (d) Expression of phospho‐(Ser) 14‐3‐3 binding motif, cell survival and proliferation regulation‐related proteins increased in EGF‐MSC CM‐treated fibroblasts.
