Cleaved caspase‐3 level: – MCF ‐7 cells were treated with compounds 6 and 7 for 48 h. Proteins, transferred to polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane probed with rabbit anti‐caspase 3; then filtres were stripped and re‐probed with anti‐rabbit‐ GAPDH antibody, to show equal amounts of loading.
