Significance codes for each treatment are assigned based on the results of pairwise treatment comparisons with adonis (Supplementary Table S4). (b) Weighted Unifrac mean distance-to-centroid by treatment. P-values denote the significance of treatment group in a PERMDISP using betadisper. Pairwise betadisper was used to assign significance codes for group distances (Supplementary Table S6). Groups sharing a letter are not significantly different from each other. Box colors represent the type of stressor combination applied to the corals: none = teal, single = yellow, double = purple, triple = red. Distances are ordered by increasing median, and note that red (triple stressor) treatments are not clustered on the far left.
