miR-944 suppresses the activation of the PI3K/Akt pathway in HCC cells. Hep3B cells were co-transfected with miR-944 mimics and pc-IGF-1R or pcDNA3.1, while Huh7 cells were co-transfected with a miR-944 inhibitor and si-IGF-1R or si-NC.
