Results from gas chromatographic analysis of short chain fatty acids from serum (a,b) and faecal (c,d) samples after application of L. sakei CJLS03 in a DIO mouse model. ANOVA, Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test was used to distinguish the level of significance based on probability of 0.05 (*), 0.01 (**) and <0.001 (***) compared to the HFD group.
