Dehydrojuncusol inhibits HCV infection in PHH. PHH were inoculated with HCVcc and incubated for 28 h after inoculation in the presence of the indicated concentrations of dehydrojuncusol. Supernatants were harvested 72 h postinoculation for determination of infectivity (A) and cytotoxicity (C).
