(B) Western blot showing that the ZAP-Nsp9 interaction is independent of RNA. pFlag-Nsp9- and pHA-ZAP-cotransfected cell lysates were collected and treated with RNase A, and then co-IP was performed using mouse anti-Flag. (C) Colocalization of ZAP and Nsp9. Cotransfected 293T cells were stained for Flag-Nsp9 (green) and HA-ZAP (red), with nuclei stained with the DNA-binding dye DAPI (blue). Experiments were performed in triplicate.
