(B) R2lc and 2010 have λmax values of 405 to 409 nm. BMC1 and 6475 did not absorb at this region. (C) Methanol extracts from R2lc, 2010, and BMC1 do not show strong AhR activation. Data shown represent averages from three biological replicates, and error bars represent standard deviations. Statistical significance between extracts and the negative control was determined by the one-sample t test. AhR activation was not different between strains (P > 0.05). Statistical significance was determined by Student’s t test (a P value of <0.05 was considered significant).
