Asymmetrically divided A_pr clones, false A_un and A_un–A_diff clones were identified by co-staining TEX14 with GFRA1 and PLZF. (a) GFRA1 asymmetrically positive A_pr clones in whole-mount IHC were identified as asymmetrical division by the presence of TEX14. (b) GFRA1 asymmetrically stained A_un clones in whole-mount IHC was identified as false A_un clone by the absence of TEX14 between adjacent GFRA1^POS and GFRA1^NEG clonal members. (c) a PLZF asymmetrically expressed A_un–A_diff clone in whole-mount IHC was identified as false A_un and A_un–A_diff clone by absence of TEX14 between adjacent A_un and A_diff clonal members.
