Subepithelial infiltrates (SEIs) were graded on a scale of 0 to 3 with higher scores indicating greater involvement. Subjective symptoms were graded on a score of 0-18 with higher scores indication sever symptoms.[12] In each trial group, there was a significant change between baseline and 6 months (with time as a continuous variable) in symptoms, vision and SEI score (P < 0.001 for change for each measure in each group).
