Western blot analysis indicated that enhanced expression of miR-141 and miR-720 is associated with decreased expression of EMT associated transcription factors ZEB-1and TWIST-1. As a result the expression level of E-cadherin was increased. Overexpression of miR-141 and miR-720 decreased the expression of MAP4K4 and the phosphorylation of JNK in PANC1 cells.
