In vivo binding and distribution of transgenic exosomes. DiI lipid-stained and iv-injected exosomes show differential topological distribution patterns (radiant efficiency) after 24 h. Organotopic distribution was reconstructed using standard mouse contour. The thymus, lungs, spleen, and liver were analyzed using IVIS Lumina imaging (A). Radiant efficiency of thymus relative to liver (RQ) is shown for of DiI lipid-stained and iv-injected transgenic exosomes after 24 h for Wnt5a (control) and Wnt4 (sample) (B).
