Ratio of NADH fluorescence intensity of NADH photocatalyzed to NAD+ in the presence of 0.01 mg/ml LAP to NADH alone. Samples were exposed to visible (>400 nm; 7 mW/cm2) or UV-A (350–400 nm; 5.5 mW/cm2) light, and the fluorescence intensity at 340 nm excitation and 460 nm emission wavelengths was determined at each timepoint. The derivative of the curve at t = 0 was used to calculate the photocatalytic activity toward NADH oxidation. Values represent X¯±SD of n = 6 technical replicates.
