Celastrol induced G2/M cell cycle arrest in glioma cells. a Cells were treated with celastrol (0, 0.3, 1, 3 and 10 μM) for 24 h and cell cycle distribution was analyzed by flow cytometry. b U251, U87-MG and C6 cells were treated with celastrol (0, 0.3, 1, 3 and 10 μM) for 24 h.
