SAXS profiles of PEG are denaturant independent. (A) Dimensionless Kratky plots of 24 kDa PEG at 0.5 mM and 0.05 mM in 0.15 M KCl, 2 M Gdn, and 4 M Gdn. The normalized scattering profile of 24 kDa PEG is unchanged from 0 to 4 M Gdn over a broad range of PEG concentrations. Scattering profiles have been offset vertically for clarity.
