Serum levels of mtDNA are significantly increased during EAE. Sera were collected from naïve C57BL/6 mice (n = 24) or C57BL/6 mice with chronic EAE at different weeks after disease induction (2 wk, n = 12; 3 wk, n = 13; 6 wk, n = 38).
