miR‐194 inhibits the proliferation, migration and invasion of non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells. (a) Wound healing assay was used to detect the migration ability of A549 and H1299 cells. Cells were transfected with miR‐194 mimic or mimic control. Inline graphic HG+NC, Inline graphic HG+miR‐194. (b, c) Transwell assay was employed to examine the invasion ability of A549 and H1299 cells. The invasive cell number in each group was normalized to the control. Cells were transfected with miR‐194 mimic or mimic control, and miR‐194 inhibitor or inhibitor control. Inline graphic A549, Inline graphicH1299. (d,e) Cell counting kit‐8 and cell counting assay were used to examine the proliferation ability of A549 and H1299 cells. Cells were transfected with miR‐194 mimic or mimic control. Inline graphic NC, Inline graphic miR‐194. Data are reported as mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments (*P < 0.05, t‐test).
