(a) In case no. 3, multiple foci were found in the removed lobe, the largest being 3 mm. Although they did not have encapsulation, they were typically well demarcated and composed of mild spindle cells, which were arranged in a swirl. The cells had no obvious atypia, and no mitotic figures were found (arrowhead) (hematoxylin and eosin stain, original magnification ×200). On immunohistochemical staining, the cells were (b) positive for EMA (obvious staining) and (c) vimentin (dense staining), and (d) negative for TTF‐1.
