Effects of Cyr61 on Ang II-induced cell cycle progression in HEK293T cells. To investigate the effects of Cyr61 on Ang II-induced cycle progression in HEK293T cells, the HEK293T cells were treated with Ang II after knocking down the Cyr61 gene for 48 h. Cells were stained with PI and collected to be examined on a flow cytometer. ^aP < 0.05 compared with controls, ^bP < 0.05 compared with Cyr61 knockdown, ^cP < 0.05 compared with Ang II without Cyr61 knockdown, and ^dP > 0.05 compared with controls. The data represent means ± SD from 3 independent experiments.
