A and B, The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) analysis showed that the expression level of miR-942-3p was increased in paired and unpaired HCC tissues as compared with the normal tissues. C, Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to obtain a cutoff value of miR-942-3p in patients with HCC. D, Patients with HCC were divided into high or low miR-942-3p expression group according to the cutoff value. E and F, Kaplan-Meier analysis demonstrated that the patients with high miR-942-3p expression displayed a poorer survival but had no difference in tumor recurrence as compared with those with low miR-942-3p expression in patients with HCC.
