Expression of PI3K p110a E545K in isogenic human mammary epithelial cells increases dependency on RNMT. (a) Isogenic human mammary epithelial cells with WT or E545K activating mutation in the PIK3CA gene were transfected with two independent RNMT siRNAs or non-targeting control siRNA for 72 h. Western blot analysis was performed. (b) Cell number was determined relative to cells transfected with control siRNA.
