Images of a 73 year-old male patient who presented with ulcerated basal cell cancer of the right ear lobe. The patient had previously received incomplete surgery at another institution and requested complete auricular amputation at our unit. The patient refused any reconstructive surgery; therefore, we covered the resulting defect with a full-thickness skin graft harvested from the subclavicular area of the right chest.
