Green light promotes the plasma contents of melatonin, growth hormone and IGF-1. After PACAP6-38 treatment, the difference in plasma contents of melatonin, growth hormone and IGF-1 in D-group and G-group disappeared. Meanwhile, the plasma hormone contents were significantly lower than control treatments.
