Compared to the blank control, icariin could promote the cytocompatibility of chondrocytes (p < 0.05). With the increase in the concentration, the promotion ability rose and then fell. Compared to pristine PLGA, PLGA/icariin scaffolds could promote the proliferation of chondrocytes (p > 0.05). There were no significant differences among the three icariin concentrations (p > 0.05), *p < 0.05.
