Imaging demonstrates a large pelvic lymphocele, displacing the bladder. This patient presented 2 weeks post-transplant with a loculated collection with bladder symptoms and deep venous thrombosis. There was no hydronephrosis as the ureteral stent placed at the time of transplant remained in place.
