Figure 5: Lack of BVR promotes C5aR1 expression in peritoneal infiltrates in LysM-Cre:BVRfl/fl in response to LPS. A-B.

Figure 5:

Peritoneal cells were isolated from BVRfl/fl and LysM-Cre:BVRfl/fl mice 24 hours after LPS injection. The number of C5aR1+ cells was measured by flow cytometry in the total and F4.80+ cell populations. Results are expressed as average of n=6–10 mice per group. *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001 (ANOVA, Tukey post-hoc test). C-H. The flow cytometry analyses of C5aR1+ cells and C5aR1+/F4.80+ cells in the populations isolated from spleens (C-D), livers (E-F) or lungs (G-H) of LysM-Cre:BVRfl/fl and BVRfl/fl mice. Data are representative for n=6–10 mice. *p<0.0, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001 (ANOVA, Tukey post-hoc test).
