Electroporated brains were stained for Csmd2 (SC-G19) at P30. B, Immunohistochemical analysis of P30 neurons after in utero electroporation showed localization of punctate Csmd2 at PSD-95⁺ synapses on both the dendritic shaft and at the ends of dendritic spines (white arrows). A subset of PSD-95⁺ puncta were not positive for Csmd2 (green arrowheads).
