The difference of microbial community abundance between the two groups was tested using the Metastats software. The P-value was obtained, then the Q-value was corrected by FDR, and the significance of the difference was evaluated by screening the P-value or Q-value. P≤0.05 indicated a statistically significant difference. FDR, false discovery rate; H, high; L, low; TIL, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes.
