Components of the 48S preinitiation complex are recruited to stress granules. DU145 cells were treated with arsenite (0.5 mM, 1 h) and processed for multicolor immunofluorescence microscopy by using antibodies reactive with TIA-1/R (green), the indicated initiation factor or other protein (red), and DNA (blue).
